I finally finished the cicada movie I’ve been promising. At first it was going to be just me eating one, but I got a little too into it and decided to do a bigger production. I caught some interesting clips, and I was able to include other members of the animal kingdom. It’s 3 minutes long… eating part towards the end.

Fun facts:

I shot one hour of footage to get 3 minutes of video.

I had some good footage of Furball but had to edit it out because my mom was screaming at me in the background.

I started saying such phrases as “I got a good shot” and “I need more footage.”

A lead by my dad to check out Lake Needwood turned into gold (at the end of the movie).
